Yeah, its frustrating. All I can recommend is to keep trying and be patient. You can eventually get a lobby where people behave maturely.

Sticks and Stones, Gun Game, pretty much any of the party gametypes! The only time I've seen anyone camp in Sticks and Stones, they were using the Crossbow and I'd assume were trying to get that poxy...
